  As a frequent traveler, we always recommend Noreen Phillips for the quality of her clothing designs for ladies and men. When we visit with friends, this is our first stop. A must stop and shop.

  Last year ,while on a Holistic Cruise, I found Noreens clothing store . I purchased 2 custom Noreen Creations. She altered the dresses while we were on the Island. I just Love this lady and the styles she creates. Dresses have dimension and movement with layers of fabric. Customer attention is the best. We returned to the mainland USA only to be greeted with lockdowns in March. So Today, Jan 1st, I'm finally wearing one of the dresses even though I'm staying in my house.

  We've to Noreen's shop by recommendation from a fellow cruiser. Left with the most beautiful red dress, perfectly fit to me! Most pampered I felt since picking out my wedding dress some thirty years ago.
