  am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, as instructed on the website, but have received no response. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Please improve your customer service and responsiveness.

  HORRID. Almost a year and no maternity benefits and no timeframe then once month 9 hits, they admit they messed up & sent it to the wrong acc number then still could not give a timeframe as to when they will resend to rectify the issue. SOCIAL SECURITY IN ANTIGUA IS A WHOLE SCAM! ONE BIG PYRAMID SCHEME! If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would’ve.

  Customer service needs to improve. Live certificates remains an issue for people living oversees. My mother is 73 and i assit her in submitting the forms, we never recieve a confirmation and weeks after we are told they nevef recieve it. My mother is being inconvenienced. Something as simple as providing her with a print out or letter confirming she recieves her pension benefits is a hazzel and a big deal. Its frustrating,

  Dropping off Life Certificate was done quite efficiently and quickly. Should be some way to register receipt of the forms....what happens if it's misplaced or you're told we are showing that we never received it in our system sir.
