  You can almost hear the crowd. some of the outbuildings look like time has stood still since cricket was last played here.

  This venue was the first Internationally approved venue for cricket on the island. It is also a place where several cricketing records has been set. At one point, the fastest century made by Sir Vivian Richards and the highest individual runs made in a test set by Brian Lara. At present the grounds servers as the home for football on the island and no cricket matches are played there. It is in a serious state of disrepair and needs much attention. However a nostalgic feeling still looms when you approach the ARG.

  401*!!! This ground lives for ever in legend. Now a days it’s looking tired, but talk to the right people, and the stories of past years live on. Loved it.

  When we cruise we often visit Antigua, I went for a walking tour and seen all the sites.

  Our youths from all the schools both primary and secondary had their rally for our Nations 37th Independence of 2018. Marching youth in various colors come out to display!! This grounds is also known for Cricket at its best with some of our famous Cricketers here in Antigua and Barbuda. Come on out to football on Sunday's too!
