::If I could give a zero star, I would. The whole process to get my 1 cargo box was hell from the beginning to the end for my husband and I. When moving from another country, I just wanted to know how the process went to pick up my Cargo once it arrived on the island. They told us that they couldn’t give us any information over the phone besides when the shipping arrived. Knowing that you had to go to more than 1 location to get everything done and pay an additional price per step at each location would have been very helpful information. Instead, we go to the first location to learn that we had to go to 2 more different locations to complete steps before being able to get the cargo. This added additional delays and didn’t end up getting the cargo until almost a month later. Then at the port, my husband (Caribbean Indian Black man) went to pick up the cargo, had the money to pay the port cost and the almost month storage fee. He went there early and was one of the first ones to get the items in the cargo looked at but ended up being at the place for 4 or 5 hours because the workers (who were all Black Caribbean) wanted to ask him how much he was going to sell my personal items (Ex. My personal tv to use at home and my clothes) in the cargo in USD pricing and preceded to add what they believe each item was worth to the final port pick up fee which they didn’t ask nor do to anyone else at the port place picking up their shippings. So because the workers on Oct. 27, 2023 were racist towards my husband, we were illegally overcharged. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY IMPORT PLACE ON THE ISLAND. All I’ll say is, I’m glad none of my stuff was not stolen because they made my husband open every box. Also, my husband told them in the beginning that his wife (me) was moving to the island before they started adding pricing to my personal items. They even tried to ask for individual tips, but did us any real favors to deserve one. The company needs a new system all around because the current is bad business with the shipping/port side of things.

THEN ENQUIRE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS ENDEAVORS, SO AS TO DIRECT YOU RIGHTLY TO PROCEED. THE LADY WHO ATTENDED TO ME, WAS SO MUCH COURTEOUSLY PLEASANT WITH A COMPLIMENTARY SMILE, WHILE POLITELY ASKING. HOW CAN SHE BE OF ASSISTANCE? THE SERVICE WAS SO QUICK, IT DIDN'T TAKE EVEN 5 MINUTES TO FULL FILL MY TASKS. I was on my Merry Way, A HAPPY , JOYFUL CUSTOMER.. SERVICE'S GUARANTEE
