  What a great find in the middle of Antigua. One of the best run gyms I have found in my travels-great equipment and coaches! Turbo is the best-really encourages you to give your best every workout. Strongly recommend to all!

  I love Buff Up Fitness cause I need motivation to go and a trainer that will push me so I can push myself and that's what Buff Up about keeping you fit and moving

  Great cross training facility with tons of equipment. Huge space with lots of room to train. Turbo, the owner is very helpful and accommodating by opening the facility from 5am-9pm!! A friendly staff including Tiffany who was also eager to fulfill any needs we had! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their fitness on in Antigua!

  Great value for money. The service is excellent. They're open 7 days per week and Turbo creates workouts that will surely change your body. Go prepared to work hard though, it's not easy by any means.
