  This is by far the best car rental we have ever used in the Caribbean! Extremely convenient right at the airport, exceptional service, quality and staff. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. The agent who helped us was amazing, fast , very friendly and helpful. Her name was AChae? I’m not sure I spelled it correctly. I will definitely use this car service again and would highly recommend it to anyone

  We booked through a third party and were very pleased with the service we received from Chase. The car was clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, Sheryl, the agent, met us promptly at the agreed upon time at the airport. She was friendly and very helpful. She provided us with tips for driving safely on the island and even allowed us to trail her part of the way to our remotely located resort. When it was time to return the vehicle, again we were met at the agreed upon time at the airport which was important since we had a flight to catch. This agent was also very friendly. With its friendly, helpful, and professional staff, a clean vehicle, and overall great customer service, Chase Rent A Car & Taxi Service will definitely be our go-to car rental agency whenever we visit Antigua.

  An excellent professional service from start to end. We hired a large vehicle for the family which was new and sparkling clean. I read some earlier reviews about location issue however the team and I communicated about what time I will be arriving etc and I was welcomed on time and escorted to the vehicle at the airport, which I dropped off at the same spot. Great job to all and a shout out the Sheryl who was my main point of contact.

  We hired a Hyundai Tucson. Very nice and clean vehicle. Staff were very friendly. They remembered us from our last trip, and provided a vehicle that suited my mother's limited mobility, which was incredibly thoughtful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.

  We rented a vehicle from Chase in Antigua and Barbuda. This was a great experience from start to finish with excellent communication from making the booking to dropping off the vehicle at the airport. The star of the show was the lovely, bubbly young lady who met us at the airport when we arrived, she gave us a great welcome and walked us through the paperwork as her colleague carefully loaded our luggage into the car. The car was in great condition, clean and gave us no issues during the 1 week rental.
