  Customer service was decent, still waiting on the bed they said they would deliver today but apparently their wear houses are closed

  I was there for an eye exam. The young lady examining my eyes was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been wearing glasses for more than 30yrs! And she was able to teach me a thing or two about my eyes. Awesome customer service. P

  Customer service needs improvement. However, at times it is fast. The Courts mobile employees are super friendly and provide great assistance when needed. They are Pleasant and always remind you that they will be with you even though busy. Especially the Dominican young lady.

  There is parking but limited. Inside is clean and spacious. They sell a wide variety of stuff from electronics to furnitures. Prices are on the border and can improve . There is a ramp for wheeling chair. There is also a optical section now. Fully air conditioning shopping. Sale rep...s are on the floor working.

  I went to the optical section to renew my prescription and the staff was professional in the way in which they dealt with me. The ophthalmologist was gentle and ensured she explained the details of the eye examining process that I didn't understand. She then helped me choose a frame that shaped my face and fit with a modern look. The technician and customer representatives were also quite helpful in ensuring that my glasses fit well and that I loved them. I also like the fact that I can return if there are any other issues with my glasses.
