  Appalling service would be a compliment to this company. They don't use DHL+, they don't answer the phone, they don't collect on time even if they do. Of the 10+ packages I have sent with them, every single one has had a problem. It is incredible that such an incompetent business can exist.

  They couldn’t be any worse if they tried. I really try not to leave negative reviews but in this case I feel obligated. They’ve managed to screw up the last 7 deliveries! Honestly I don’t know how they can be SO bad! DHL need to find another agent and quickly.

  It's a scam. They take money to deliver mail but they don't deliver mail. They don't even notify you when they have your mail. I make sure my phone number is clear on everything that gets sent to me - they don't call. They don't deliver, they don't call. They like causing distress. They enjoy scamming people. FedEx does a wonderful job here on the island. The DHL here is a scam.

  service is too bad, i have applied for passport renewal to George town Guyana and the Indian Consulate have completed the work on time. BUT my DHL package was lying down in the office for 4 week because they had an error in the address ( which they typed when i gave the address proof). ) for the street address, everything is clear with my contact number, , they did not bother to even attempt to call me . my passport got delivered 4 weeks late, and i had problem in visa processing . DHL Antigua is bad and very expensive; they are worth of the service for the money they charge

  I gave DHL Antigua 5 stars because I received the service as advertised. I must admit I was skeptical at first having read the previous reviews but Had my documents sent from another island to Antigua and the entire the period I was tracking the movement. The documents arrived as tracking said and I picked up down town hassle free was in and out withing 7 minutes. As a non national the Location was not difficult to get to, there were two young ladies and a gentleman who assisted me with no issues. I would definitely use DHL service again,on time and service rendered as advertised.
