::Wow, very pleasantly surprised by superb customer service here. I was welcomed over to the desk, helped very easily with what I needed, infact the lady that served me was very professional & fixed the problems quickly & efficiently. The door service from the bank guard was very professional & helpful too. Based upon this experience I am giving ECAB in Nelson’s Dockyard a 5 star!

::Slowest bank in the world. It took them 25 mins to withdraw cash for me from my account when the ATM outside wasn’t working.

::The opening time is 8.30.It is not shown here. Tack on about 20 minutes after the staff arrive for getting ready. When I'm there , I don't feel all that welcome. Last week my grandson spent 45 minutes to cash a check. Other than that its OK.
