The service here is second to none. We were dropped at wrong place, they came to pick us up and checked us in very early, as room was ready. They then got us a nice discount and squeezed us in to a full day at the Stingray City facility. (5 minute walk). Later on they drive us to get some incredible jerk chicken and pork at an incredible roadside reggae restaurant. We then stopped by to see the devils bridge. Amazing. Upon return we had to borrow a phone charger which we have until tomorrow. We also borrowed a knife to cut some fresh fruit. Unreal service. Rooms are very nice. AC strong - showers very nice. Really feel like a guest.

The best off resort experience I've ever had in the Caribbean. Sharon, Trevor and Mr. David and the whole crew were amazing. They made me feel safe, the location was very close to attractions and beaches, the room was clean and accessible and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Antigua 🇦🇬

My 2 friends and I were very well taken care of by the keepers of the Inn. Trevor and Sharon were friendly, very attentive and great to chat with over a cup of tea. There is a chef on the premises named David who is very silly but makes amazing food. I have never liked Vegetable Omlettes until I had one from him! The general area is quiet and the views around the property are breathtaking. Stingray City is the easiest place to walk to, but for your peace of mind take a stroll! 10/10 would do it again.

Had a fantastic, relaxing 2 night stay at the Ellen Bay Inn. A beautiful family run hotel. Lovely rooms with AC, refrigerator and very comfortable bed. From the warm welcome from Sharon on reception, to Dave the Chefs fantastic food and Trevor who Drove us where ever and when ever we needed him. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet retreat in Antigua.

The inn is family owned and operated, and the hosts treated us like extended family! They made every effort to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. They picked us up from the airport, arranged a rental car for us, and provided most of our meals throughout our stay. Every time we met, they would check on us about how we were doing and suggest things for us to explore. The grounds are well maintained and the top levels provide a great view of the bay. There are no elevators but the stairs are easy to climb. The inn is located in the north-east corner of the island, in a rather isolated place. But it is right next to the famous Sting Ray City. A rental car is recommended to get to other attractions. It is a simple accommodation but was a great value for us, primarily because of the great hospitality of the owners/staff. We will certainly stay there again when we visit next time.
