::I intended to leave this review since my visit late last year but the service was so good I will never forget. Flo's Perfume Plus is the epitome of the ultimate customer experience! From the time you enter the door until you leave, the service is exceptional! The atmosphere and exceptional customer service contribute to the overall great customer experience, not to mention the Birthday phone call. Most businesses do the typical generated text messages and emails with the Birthday greetings and some with a discount offering but it simply does not give the same effect. Personally, I prefer the phone call as it sends a different message and is much more sincere. Special mention to Faith as she was the person who assisted me during my last visit. She was very helpful and took extra care to ensure that I got the most suitable product and that I was 100% pleased before I went through the door. I was truly happy after leaving because it is very rare I get exceptional service from local businesses.
