::Every time I receive a mail that came from overseas its all taped and damaged, then they put a stamp on it claiming that's how they receive it, I had my senders took pictures of letters before sending to me and they are all intact. I dont know wtf they are looking for, I would think they are equipped with a detector or something to scan for what they are looking for rather than open people mail and take what they want and seal it back with tape.
