  Beware that after sales support provided by this company for BMW might as well be non existent. It is provided through an affiliated company that seems to specialize in inefficiency. While I love my vehicle, I would not have purchased it if I knew that this was the quality of after sales support. This week marks four months since I reported that my washer fluid dispenser is not operational. I continue to await repair with no definitive update but I did today got apology for the continued delay…hence the one star.

Even after facilitating a sales, she follows up to ensure that you are maintaining and has advice for the longevity of your vehicle. So far a Nissan Murano, Nissan X-Trail, Suzuki Jimny and soon to come a Nissan Frontier (Navara) Pro-4X. Consistency in service, vehicle quality and options, Hadeed Motors is our life vehicular partner!

  Not very helpful in assisting me in finding the part my Hyundai needs!!! Smh... I KNOW they can order it but why can't they figure that part out?! I even gave them my Vin # ... Maybe they were inept that day!!?? I certainly hope it was isolated incident... ??

  The Hadeed Motors Vehicle (New and Pre-owned) Sales, Service, Parts, Financing (Finance and Development) Company is situated on the Old Parham Road in St. John's. This company has been in business for several years and their vast experience and knowledge is to the benefit of their many customers like myself. The Authorized dealers for Nissan, Suzuki and others in Antigua and Barbuda certainly knows their business. The customer service was outstanding; being friendly yet quite efficient and helpful helped me to exceed my original motor vehicle wishes. Several options and features for the various vehicles exist, however the feature set selected on the vehicles were obviously well thought out and this come from experience and knowledge of the marketplace. Knowing what the customer really requires and helping them acquire it seems to be one of their strong points and that was much appreciated. The sales reps, the Financing Staff, The Security at the gate, The general office and support staff all played an important role in achieving customer satisfaction.
