::I visited Heritage Hotel 1 week ago and the first thing I noticed was our taxi dropped us off in the road. This was such a dangerous move but it was the only move, due to there was a chain blocking any vehicles from dropping the guests off by the stairs. Why you might ask us because the Director of this hotel parks his personal vehicle in this area VERY INCONSIDERATE. Mr Director please pay attention to the well-being and safety of your guests. We were met by a pleasant and friendly staff, check in was very smooth. Once we got to our room this is where we soon found that some of the electrical outlets was not working and the surge protectors did not give a strong hold on my charge box. Not sure how often they change the AC filters but the room only gets cool at night time, super uncomfortable. To the DIRECTOR & MANAGEMENT of HERITAGE HOTEL please give this hotel the love it deserves. This is prime location!!

::Great facilities, good customer service! The employees were very helpful! Lovely view of certain areas in downtown St John's! The location is excellent, that is, walking distance from the Antiguan port, various restaurants and duty free shops.

::Stayed here for a week in Feb 2024 with my 2 kids and hubster. I would come again and recommend if you are looking for somewhere budget friendly to rest your head and shower. The location of this hotel is amazing walking distance to pretty much everything except a beach. We had a balcony room partial cruise ship view and water view. Loved it. The room was spacious and the kids had a ball running around. Could not hear guest in other rooms. Ac worked great, showers were outdated but clean. Beds were clean and comfy enough. Tv had cartoons cartoons which was awesome! Breakfast was on the same floor. We tried it it was good, limited options but good. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Only con: no microwave

::Way under any standard as a hotel. The man at the front who was fat and tall was very rude and kept saying he will charge this or that. Noise outside continued until 2am, couldn't sleep. Wifi was not good. They overcharged money to the total inclusive price. The appointed taxi to go to the airport didn't come for even an hour, so panic experience. Don't stay at this hotel. This hotel was the worst among over 100 other countries experience.
