  I went here more than once on my trip to Antigua (my first time there). Each time the employees were VERY PLEASANT, friendly, and accommodating. Talking to them felt like family. They were also very accommodating to us when we were trying to get some drinks in our travel cups. (I fully expected them to say no) The drinks I had here were also very tasty. They put me on to Yam milk (I had no idea that was a thing) and it was delicious. 10/10 would come back again the next time I'm in Antigua. Added bonus, they have free WiFi. I'm always appreciative to not use my data while traveling.😊

  I liked It. Just I wanted wi fi and got two drinks. It's was 👍🏼.

  Customer service was awful👎🏽 At first, I didn’t see the menu, so I asked the lady about what they had to drink today. She condescendingly pointed her finger to the menu, and then when I said that I will just go somewhere else, she turned away (with an attitude), and whispered something to her coworker. + body language suggested she was annoyed. Why r ur workers so passive aggressive? I won’t purchase from HiTea again while she works there. Awful customer service.

  Fantastic tea place. Tried probiotics, special tea, boba, and still trying different things every time I go. You love it & will always come back for more!

  Had my first HiTea (Pure Milk Tea) it was delicious. The staff is friendly, informative, those guys were more than happy to answer any questions I had, very pleasant experience.
