  Well equipped gym. Great workout atmosphere. Suitable for woman and man. The gym has changing room, parking but no shower.

  inside can become extremely hot during the day but good work out equipments / Trainers nonetheless

  Price is not bad just about any one can afford this gym road side location

  Trainers are decent...some gym members tolerable while others are nusaince.....needs an equipment over haul
