  We spent an amazing week with the whole family at SandCastle villa! The house is fantastic, very well organized and great layout. Ideal for spending quality time with friends and family and entertaining. We got married on the semi private beach and had a great reception. Kaye and her staff at Majestic Realty were super professional and available for all of our needs! On top of a great concierge service they provided me with all the connections to organize the wedding. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

  So 4 months ago I came to this place to get assistance with my unfortunate issue of not having a place to stay, they attempted to help me in which case I thought they were great, Or so I thought. So far based on what I see the agent who dealt with me is strongly biased towards the landlord and refused to contact me when they began saying things about me to her, she allowed the landlord to change the locks on my apartment, disconnect my electricity, violate my rights as a tenant and still attempting to force me out before the time actually arrives. Treats you like trash if u miss just 1 electricity payment. Beware of this company as it will cause all sorts of problems to you, their contract is set out to be against you and benefit the landlord. Currently opening a legal case in regards to my rights being violated. If you like having your rights violated then feel free to go ahead.
