::What a wonderful week completing my STCW! Instructor Logan is very knowledgeable and made sure to disseminate the information from the course in an easy to understand way. and Elizabeth took great care of us in the office, keeping things organized throughout the week. The various other instructors were wonderful as well. Quincy and John from the Antigua Fire Brigade were very supportive with the fire safety and prevention sessions (It was wild to actually wear a fire suit and go into a building and have to save a "person" and put out a fire). I learned so much in those real life situations (using a fire extinguisher, putting out a stove fire, using a fire hose). I took my RYA First aid course recently, but it was still very useful to have Carol from ABSAR instruct us for the first aid session. picked up some new skills that I will definitely use in the future (although hopefully not too often 😅). Thanks so much On Deck for making this STCW course available in Antigua and Barbuda. Quality instruction, and I had a wonderful time.

::On Deck is the best! I'm currently taking all the required classes for my Boat Master license through On Deck, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Elizabeth has been incredibly helpful—responding quickly and professionally to the 20+ emails I sent while trying to figure out which classes I needed. She even made a point to come over and personally say hello when the courses began, which really made me feel welcomed. The classes themselves are taught with clarity and precision. Steff and Logan are outstanding instructors who genuinely care about your success. They go above and beyond to make sure you're fully prepared and confident in your knowledge. If you're considering On Deck, don't hesitate. Not only will you receive top-notch training, but you'll also enjoy the journey with a truly fantastic team.

::What a great week I had, Emily was simply excellent... I was doing RYA Day Skipper. I did the Theory beforehand, it taught me to re-check all my calculations repeatedly, however, OnDeck/Emily taught me how to make skippering enjoyable for the crew. How to put their needs first. I cannot recommend OnDeck enough, Nikki was great in the office beforehand (thanks for the Rum Punch), my fellow crew of 2 Canadians and an American were awesome. It was a real pleasure sailing with people that knew their stuff. Most RYA Skippers I suspect have a decent level of sailing experience which made the sailing a joy. Antigua has few tides or currents and fairly predictable winds, however, this did not stop the learning. The mix of harbours and anchorages was excellent, victualling was easy and now a word about Ontap, A Jeanneau 40, fairly old, around 20 years, well cared for, and set up with a basic configuation, was the ideal no-fuss sailing boat. Perfect for learning as well as being big enough and spacious enough to be comfortable. All in all, OnDeck comes highly recommended.

::Adrian and I undertook the RYA Day Sipper course through On Deck, Antigua. From start to finish and qualifying we were so impressed with everything and everyone at On Deck. John our course instructor was fantastic, incredibly professional and knowledgeable and a brilliant teacher. Nickie and her team in the office were always great, happy fun and kind throughout our time with On Deck. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in doing this course. Thank you so much for everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

::I recently took day skipper with ondeck and had such an incredible experience. Emily and Oliver are fantastic instructors. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was progressing and got what they needed out of the course. They made challenging tasks and maneuvers feel approachable and manageable. I hope to return to ondeck to get my yachtmaster in the future.
