::I was sold FAKE cuban cigars. Took boxes to official importer in London. The serial numbers on boxes do not correspond with the brands on the boxes. Turned into AMEX Platinum Card as Fraudulent seller.

::Incredible service at this location. I showed up as they were closing, and "Debbie" showed the utmost kindness to me. I stopped by 02.27.2025 for some water, and she took a moment to connect with me and share a story. There is a lot to choose from in this shop at the airport. Thank you once again!

::A lot of product in one little store. Chocolate to water , cigarettes to Bourbon.

::This is more of a warning for those who do plan to shop here and have a connecting flight to their final destination. PLEASE make sure that if you are purchasing liquor, that the shop attendants make sure to itemize what is in each tamper-proof duty free bag that you are receiving AND that you receive an itemized receipt of everything, not just the final sales receipt. This would've saved me and my fellow travelers the hellish experience of trying to transport our bottles as we attempted to re-enter the airport. Thank goodness we had an extra bag to place the liquor in for checking on, otherwise we would've been scouring the airport for an additional bag to place our purchases in. Or lost our purchase to TSA. Lesson learned! I hope you don't have to learn the same one

::Do NOT shop here. If I could give this shop and this particular owner/employee a lower star rating, I would! The lady behind the counter, with the glasses, was beyond rude to my family and I. She yelled at us, including the elders with disabilities, saying she did not have to be nice and indicated that she would not apologize for her attitude. She even yelled at us about โbeing an American tooโ - despite the fact that no one brought up nationalities. She was angry from the moment we walked inโฆ worried that we would drop her bottles. NO ONE was being careless or playing with her merchandise. She has poor customer service and a horrible attitude. If you need to buy something at duty free at the airport in Antigua, go to the other duty free shop.
