::What an absolute gem of a store. We walked in after having it recommended by the cruise ship VIP shopper. The staff are amazing and the range of handmade jewellery is vast and exquisitely made. We weren’t planning on buying anything but my daughter fell in love with a pair of gold earrings. I was expecting a massive bill but the price was amazingly reasonable and as we were visiting, this was tax-free as well.

::After calling around noon and asking if open we were told yes they were closing early tho, at 4:15 and she said they would wait on us. This was the 1 thing my friend wanted to do, So we got a taxi and spent $80 to get there … when we arrived at 3:45 the place was locked up and all display cases empty. We then to the door a lady from the sidewalk in front of another business hanging out with some guys, ask us we if called- we said yes and she said sorry we closed early. We just spent $80 to go to that 1 store and had looked online at things we wanted. This was absolutely not ok and poor business decisions. Was a waste of taxi money and they lost out on 2 people purchasing

::Lena arranged for me to have the experience of polishing a piece of Antiguanite. They took me upstairs and I was trained in the polishing technique. They let me choose 1 of 3 stones. The gentleman (whose name I can't recall) was patient and kind. He helped me polish my piece to perfection.
