    The narrows is a small channel between Guaina Island and the main land of Antigua. It is approximately 150ft wide more os less crossing is done by a pull plantoon and returning is the same process. The island is mostly shrubs and at one time had a small amount of mule deer. Other wild life are sea birds, lizards and crabs.
