  We spent 10 days in Antigua at Willoughby Heights Villa. We enjoyed Antigua, we did not enjoy the villa. The pictures in the listing of this property are not representative of the actual property. The pool was full of green algae, even after it was cleaned. The outdoor furniture was faded, worn, rotten, and uncomfortable. There were no lounge chairs by the pool, so Wilmer (manager) went next door to Pelican Ridge (same owner) and brought 2 chairs over for us. The dishwasher did not work. The oven did not work. The freezer did not work, we had to use a small one that was in a room off of the kitchen. There was no microwave initially, but Wilmer bought and installed one after a couple days. 3 out of 5 burners on the cooktop would not light with the igniter, we had to use a small lighter that Barber (maintenance) gave us. One of the burners was unusable as it would not stay lit. Initially the air conditioner did not work in the downstairs bedroom, but after 24 hours, it finally started cooling. The water pressure was really low, it was difficult to wash dishes and take a shower. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, no dish towels, no pot holders, no spices. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils were in bad condition. The property next door (Pelican Ridge) was rented for a 3 day weekend to locals for a party. The villas are very close together, so for 3 days all we heard were loud people and loud music. This villa has a lot of maintenance issues, I do NOT recommend Willoughby Heights to anyone.
