::This is the worse travel agent they are very unprofessional they caused my client hail by booking her ticket wrong. The manager is a lier and tried to cover up for his staff mistakes they are not trained to book tickets. Now they have caused by client more money to spend at the airport on her return. They book tickets and dont explain the ticket before you travel because all they care about is there commission from the airlines. Now i have to make a complaint to Antigua tourism board and also contact ba on their behalf about the services this travel service is conducting ripping off customers. If you can avoid this travel service please do dont make sense complaining because the manager will lier for his staff.

::Staff are unable to change flights without management‘s guidance. Staff fail to call back customers. Days later and numerous calls, still no confirmation for a change of flight. Really bad service! If you are a business man/woman and need a good travel agent, Wings is not for you!
