  A friend encountered a tire issue tonight. Called Chadi late tonight for service. Surprisingly, he drove from his location, met us at EZ grab within 10 minutes, then drove to follow my car to the wheel problem location of more than 5 minutes away. Right there and then, he and his nephew started working on the car... in the dark. He removed the old tire. Installed the spare. My friend then drove the car with the spare, following Chadi and his nephew back to their main location. Old wheel not recoverable, therefore, replaced. Service was fast and extremely convenient, considering the urgency. Chadi and his nephew remained professional, efficient, and patient throughout the entire ordeal. Highly recommend his service, no doubt.
