  I read Mr. Henry's comments about Domus and it's as if he was talking about my experience exactly. I will say that their products are good, however, the prices are out of reach for most and the service basically sucks. The young lady that is the manager needs some training in customer relations and basic respect. She is haughty and is a bad fit to deal with people. The company needs to find a way to make the delivery of products quicker. My last order was quoted to arrive in six weeks, that turned out to be nearly thirteen weeks and my frustration was met with just pure rudeness from the manager. If they don't change out that front office and the customer service, they will become like the dinosaurs sooner or later.

  Buyer beware. Avoid this business if cost and time is important to you. Get your doors and windows from another supplier. Domus is more than happy to take your money for months without keeping you informed about the supply process. You have to call periodically to inquire about your order. They do not voluntarily update you. Additionally they but bear no responsibility for delays as a result of "third-party" shipping issues. They are also 25 - 50% more expensive than other local suppliers. I don't recommend this company.
