The service is awful. When they promise a sale they reneg on the amount to be discounted. I have actually caught the store supervisor in a lie. Their products don't last long before giving problems. They sell faulty products. The living room sets look dead already.
Courts optical offers free checkups, how sweet is that. However there is a catch. If you don't buy your glasses there you have to pay $100.00 EC for the prescription and the visit. All in all they still are the cheapest I know of in Antigua as it relates to prescription.
Courts is a Furniture Store located on the Sir Vivian Richards Street and All Saints Road in St. John's, Antigua across from Pipers Pharmacy and The Industrial Workshop for the Blind on either sides. The Furniture store has been in Antigua and Barbuda and indeed the Caribbean for quite some time and has established itself as a well known furniture, electronic and household items retailer. I often say that they are not a philanthropic organization and that knowledge to me makes doing business with them easier.
The customer service is quite good and the staff always seem friendly and helpful. The delivery, instillation and warranty service are all excellent as well, I was called to see if I was happy with my purchases and instillations. I have had pleasant experiences with the Courts Stores and find myself visiting just to view the items and see stuff in person that I first saw online.

::The service is great but the products and way too over priced. If you're willing to pay the asking price then courts is the best place to shop.
