::We do not recommend. Awful service and the car was very old and broken everywhere. We have a 2 year daughther and they do not have a chair for her in conditions. They were unfriendly and even charged us 40 dollars because we had a little sand in the car, nothing special. We don't recommend it.

::We had an accident while there that was our fault. We got insurance through Expedia where we booked not with the local dollar rental office. We need a police report to file our claim we paid them the fee to get it and they have yet to send it to us from an accident in September 2024. We are all hopeful because we want to get our money back from our third party insurance. If we do I’ll update this review. Otherwise everyone was super nice and helpful in a bad situation which I’d say now always get insurance through the local car rental not third party.

::Terrible customer/desk service. Soo untrustworthy. They write down with ink pen your credit card numbers and security numbers. After you drop off the car, i suggest you block your cards. Or else expect some random charges from money gram and western union. Proper scammers! Damn.

::Stay away!!! We had to change our car out three separate times (wasting a lot of vacation time in the process). Cars are unsafe and not driveable. No apology ever given and full rate applied. Don’t rent from this company!!

::Terrible company. We booked because they told us they would drop the car off at our resort and then they told us 2 hours before we expected them that we would have to come and collect it. We had booked a baby seat when we made the booking but when we got to the car they had no baby seat and no way of getting one and suggested we go to the airport and find another company to rent one from. Zero apology given. Very rude staff at every contact even before things started going wrong. Wish we had checked the reviews before going with them. Avoid!
