The service was beyond 5-star — every staff member was so friendly, kind, and genuinely warm, making us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. The food was exceptional: every meal felt like a fine dining experience. Each lunch and dinner offered unique specials, and the flavors spoke for themselves. The resort’s commitment to using fresh, organic ingredients straight from their own garden made every bite unforgettable — you can taste the difference. Our villa with the plunge pool felt like a dream. Waking up to panoramic views of the turquoise sea, sipping coffee with the breeze drifting through, and watching the sun glisten on the water was pure magic. The beach was pristine, the sand soft, and the crystal-clear water inviting at any time of day. There was so much to do — or not do at all. Whether we were relaxing under the palm trees, swimming in the sea, or enjoying espresso overlooking the ocean, every moment was about slowing down and soaking up the beauty around us. Hermitage Bay isn’t just a resort — it’s an experience. It’s romance, tranquility, and luxury all woven into one breathtaking location. We are so glad we picked this place for our honeymoon and will cherish these memories forever.

::We had an incredible time at Hermitage Bay. This was the most relaxing vacation we've ever been on. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. The food, drinks and view were second to none. The villa with the plunge pool was perfect. It's going to be extremely difficult to beat this place with any future vacation. ::One of the most serene experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The Hillside Pool Suite was a perfect escape and so much more than just a hotel room. I felt we had complete privacy with the most beautiful views. The water sports and sushi experiences were second to none and were the perfect addition to our fabulous stay! I truly felt like the staff were friends who I want to visit over and over again! A special shoutout to Anthony, Simone, Judith, Jamie and the entire team. It was an absolute honor to get to know the General Manager Rachel Brown who has built a team not only built on quality and service but on creating a sense of family that you want to return to over and over again.

::The absolute perfect beach resort in every way. - The resort setting is postcard-perfect and exactly as it looks online with near unbroken nature, a bay with calm clear water, and a reef perfect for snorkeling. - The cottages are private, clean, with a large partially covered patio great for lounging with private plunge pool. - The service is unparalleled even compared to other hotels and resorts at this price point. Much of the staff were long term employees, genuinely friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. - The other highlight of the stay was the food. I’m always hesitant of all-inclusive food, but every meal exceeded expectations. Lots of local ingredients were used, and menus rotated enough to stay interesting for a week. Afternoon sushi was a notable highlight.
