  I stayed here with my family in November 2023. The Villa is really nice. It's clean and walking distance to a quiet beach (North Beach) and a quick drive to Jolly beach and a few different restaurants in Jolly Harbour. Just a note that only one of the showers works and the washing machine is in Spanish so it's a little tricky to use but the manager can help you with that. The owner and manager gave us a nice welcome package of food and drinks, but they left out the fact that there would be construction during the day time at the house sharing a wall with this unit. So when we were trying to nap our baby in the bedroom, they would start concrete drilling and the bed would literally shake. The power also went out intermittently and if we had known in advance, we wouldn't have spent time looking for the breaker. Those two things were important to know before booking as we likely wouldn't have stayed here with our 4 month old son. I'm sure it'll be a nice place when the construction is done next door but I cant give this place 5 stars because of how they omitted telling us about these two things. There were a few other issues such as not having a phone even though they said there'd be one, but those issues would have been easy enough to manage. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.
