::A place not to be missed! Our cruise ship stopped off in Antigua as a port of call recently, and the highlight was spending the afternoon at this fabulous location! The moment we stepped out of our cab, we were greeted by the staff and led to our own private cabana that had four loungers and a hammock. We were steps away from a pristine and mostly quiet white sand beach, where my daughters spent hours building a beach fort out of sticks and playing in the surf. Our server Rose was delightful- very friendly and attentive. She even came to see the fort that my daughters made once it was finished! The food was tasty, and there were choices for adults and children alike. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We spent four hours there and could have stayed much longer if our ship wasn't leaving soon!

::Fabulous place to hang out for the day. For a small sum you get a beach shack, sun lounger and a hammock. The wines are very drinkable and the food excellent. Today I had lobster and my wife the fish of the day - fresh red snapper prepared as you choose.

::Good spot to relax for the day or afternoon. You can rent a day bed and sunbeds for ECD15 pp. The popcorn chicken and fish are addictive. Cocktail menu is OK but the barman had a fair shot at an Irish whisky with what he had to hand. Staff are super friendly and great to chat to; mostly very laid back although one was a bit overattentive; you can call service with a button in your booth. There's a small pool in the shape of a boat and a large covered deck with bean bags. The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast and closes at sundown at the moment. The sun sets directly opposite in January and the sea is directly in front of the bar so you can come in straight from swimming. There was a bit of a current but OK for intermediate swimmers. We took a star off for the music which was too loud during the day and there's also a parrot in a cage (we don't like to see birds caged up). He may be very well looked after but the loud music must be distressing for him.
