Good hotel, well run, plenty of activities, nicely laid out, staff very friendly. Beaches great but not if you're a swimmer due to sea grass. Antigua is a lovely island with delightful people

Great place to stay! The staff are super friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The food was good, first time staying in a villa style resort a little bit more walking to and from places but it's good exercise. Grounds are very well kept. Mini putt course is a nice touch, played it everyday. Only complaint would be the bed was very lumpy but sounds like it was just my room other people enjoyed theirs.

A very relaxing week! Loved the beaches, the food, and our hillside room was perfect for us. Verandah has lots of families with young kids. The adults-only pool was a nice spot to relax at, with lots of shade options. Free WiFi at the main pool wasn’t too fast, but enough for essentials. We ate at Nicole’s one night and really enjoyed it, and the buffet had great food options all week. A nice option we didn’t know about prior to arriving was the ability to get a free day and/or evening pass to the adults-only sister resort Pineapple Beach Club, where we spent some time on the beach and had lunch and dinner for no additional cost. Definitely would recommend Verandah!
