Bryson's Pier is located within the St. John's Cruise Port and within the Deepwater Harbour. This is a boat/ferry dock within the Heritage Quay Shopping Area overlooking picturesque St. John's Harbour and the environs. Recently upgraded and remodelled and now playing a greater role in Regional Sea Travel. I have noticed an increase in activity since the recent Atlantic Hurricane Season. Formerly the Barbuda Ferry Dock it has now blossomed to being an important point for Regional Marine Connection. The security at this Port of Entry is top notch and the level of professionalism is commendable. The Bryson's Pier will continue to play a pivotal role in Regional Sea Based Travel with its more generous baggage allowance and more economic price, the opportunity to see the Region from a new perspective is also very appealing.

Horrible port!!!! I recently took a trip to and from Montserrat and used this Antiguan Ferry Port to get there. I must say, this is the most unorganized system ever! The people at immigration and customs are the worst. They are unprofessional, dont know what they're doing, and to top it all off....they have bad attitudes! I was ready to take over and run immigration and customs on my own! The worst part about it all is that they feel they are doing a great job. I can honestly say that I will not use that Ferry ever again. They need to burn and rebuild the entire infrastructure as well as employ competent employees who are willing to help and provide proper customer service. I'm quite annoyed at the service provided.

Close to city center and packed with shops. The Pier is the usual place for cruises for docking, no wonder we have met so many street vendors and the souvenir shops here as well. Good thing they are not too pushy! There's a casino near here as well. And a few block away we tried these yummy donuts at Donut Ace! Try the butter rum and cookies and cream :)
